ok, here’s a confession. i have this new entry page open for quite a while. at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. i just can’t seem to write anything to describe the adventure i just had in borneo. if there’s one to top the one with brother ‘first time in japan’, this is the main contender.

i’m just going to stop trying to write, because we all know what an awesome adventure we had.

when Nizz and i reached the finish line, i knew i had a great run with my new 10k PB. then all the gang came and joined us for the finish. the feeling… priceless.

feeling a little odf%$$%63 this week. no matter how hard i try to be contempt, it’s just getting worse. if this happens a little earlier this year i would have not make it. i’m so lost without anyone to talk to. but then i would sound like a broken record if i talk.

i only disappoint myself.

on a lighter note, will be going to Kota Kinabalu this weekend. leave haven’t been approved yet, but who cares. first time in Kota Kinabalu, first time in East Malaysia, first time running (ehem, jogging) outside KL/Putrajaya (hehe..). still preparing for the run. another 3 or 5k tonight then boleh relax and pack. and white water rafting at Padas River? Adventure is out there!

5k+1k run + 2k walk last night was nice. new PB for 5k (nak buat lagi!). sangat suka. nasik goreng daging is <3 <3 <3

well, i did not actually conquer it. but i did ok, in my standards. let’s call it a draw ahh. since the last time i only managed to jay walk through it.

i enjoyed the run very much. we got enough attention due to them ‘hachimaki’ on our heads. thank ‘you’ for the idea and bringing them in all the way from Japan. i am very pleased with my run. clocked a better time (since i do 3km a lot, but couldn’t get the right distance on nike+ ipod). clocked best 1k and my best mile that morning. sungguh happy, akak dalam ipod tak habis habis membebel.

team was awesome, our group was awesome, i am awesome.

now i don’t want to get ready for any run in Kota Kinabalu, boleh tak?

this is bad. just now i was browsing nike+ leaderboards. instead of going through my age group (which is 26-29), i went through the ‘other’ age group (ehem, 30-39). adakah sudah bersedia?

should i push freak out button now?

anywho, first run after raya coming soon. first relay run ever. team, bersedialah!

why again aku nak lari bukit? haih…

addicted (part 2)

i am addicted to a person (or a group of personnel) that makes me want to be a better me. ever since i built ‘the wall’, i found myself attracted to them. i have been thinking about it. dissecting all of my previous tries over the last 4 years. maybe i should start be a better me without any reason. can’t be that hard, can it?

anywho, i did a new personal best for 5k tonight. yeah, no big deal. am still slow. that’s why it was celebrated in silence.
