ok, here’s a confession. i have this new entry page open for quite a while. at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. i just can’t seem to write anything to describe the adventure i just had in borneo. if there’s one to top the one with brother ‘first time in japan’, this is the main contender.
i’m just going to stop trying to write, because we all know what an awesome adventure we had.
when Nizz and i reached the finish line, i knew i had a great run with my new 10k PB. then all the gang came and joined us for the finish. the feeling… priceless.

this is bad. just now i was browsing nike+ leaderboards. instead of going through my age group (which is 26-29), i went through the ‘other’ age group (ehem, 30-39). adakah sudah bersedia?
should i push freak out button now?

i am addicted to a person (or a group of personnel) that makes me want to be a better me. ever since i built ‘the wall’, i found myself attracted to them. i have been thinking about it. dissecting all of my previous tries over the last 4 years. maybe i should start be a better me without any reason. can’t be that hard, can it?
anywho, i did a new personal best for 5k tonight. yeah, no big deal. am still slow. that’s why it was celebrated in silence.

i think my perut is acting strange after we had that super pedas ayam penyet at 15 the other day. the sambal was not pedas di mulut, but it was pedas di perut, dan di buntut. like what the hell, everytime i burps, there’s a strange taste in my mouth. bahaya bahaya…
so i went running (ehem, jogging) today after 6 days of no work and play (abis, aku buat apa all week?). even my nike mini started to play some paddleball and video games, haih. but anyway, the story was like i ran (ehem, jog) my normal route for almost 10 minutes. and i suppose to cover 1km already. but the woman on my ipod said, “.5km completed”. like WTF? then i kept running (ehem, jogging) a little further more and she said “.63km completed” in 15 minutes. OI, aku lari dah jauh. penat tau, takkan baru 630 meter!
so i had to take it out, turn it around, goncang goncang sikit and continue running (i mean jogging). baru ok. dapatlah 2.18km, which is better than 800 meter @ 16m21s. budus.
i have to start improving my pace now. will be running in a team soon for Ekiden (bukan eksiden, ye) relay run. must at least run 3km in less than 25 minutes. so how do you run (errr jog) during Ramadhan? ajar sikit.
