comeback fail… :(

went to my second treatment yesterday. note to self: ‘run first, treatment later’. the session yesterday was PAINFUL. and then, the traffic back home was so messed up. i think the pain the traffic gave me was a lot worse than the treatment itself.

woke up at 4.30am this morning, i decided not to run. my back felt a little bit better tho, but it’s still there. just don’t want to risk anything. more rest, and hopefully i’ll get to run next sunday.

epic sad weekend :(

it’s almost a year since my last post. wahaha!

so many things happened during that time. i ran, found me a girlfriend, i stopped running, revived something that died, i started running again, ran my first half marathon, stopped running, got engaged, and started running again.

well, now i’m writing again. the reason i’m writing is.. “that guy who started running and lost 120lbs, and finished iron man!”. damn, he was huge. and i do think he was bigger than rashid robocop. these guys are pure inspiration. i should keep pictures of them in my bedroom for inspiration (yeahhh..!).

I need to document my running experience so i can motivate myself. that two months hiatus was baddd.. ‘michael jackson’s bad’ with ‘weird al’s fat’. so now, let’s make this space active again.

started baby steps again this week, 3k per run, monday, wednesday, and friday. Nike’s KL vs SG 10K this sunday, i’m aiming for 7K no-walk. Timing wise, haih. tak kisah laa..

ok, here’s a confession. i have this new entry page open for quite a while. at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. i just can’t seem to write anything to describe the adventure i just had in borneo. if there’s one to top the one with brother ‘first time in japan’, this is the main contender.

i’m just going to stop trying to write, because we all know what an awesome adventure we had.

when Nizz and i reached the finish line, i knew i had a great run with my new 10k PB. then all the gang came and joined us for the finish. the feeling… priceless.
